About Payment and Refunds
Payment is required upfront, and the order will not be confirmed until the full amount has been paid.I do not hold slots or take reservations.I do not accept payment after the order is completed.PayPal is the standard payment method; if you are in Mexico, I also accept payments via Mastercard.If you request a refund, the amount returned will reflect the fees deducted by PayPal (e.g., if you pay $10 USD, I receive $9 USD; if you request a refund, I return that $9 USD).I do not accept haggling; please respect my work and the prices I set.

Artistic Process Standards1. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask for your patience, as your order may not be the first in line.Once the sketch or any progress update is ready, we will message you so you can make corrections or confirm the changes. Please remember that I do not necessarily work on your schedule, so you may reply to the message whenever it is most convenient for you.Please avoid repeatedly asking for work-in-progress updates.If I have provided a price estimate and—after the commission has started and been paid for—you decide to include details that were not mentioned prior to starting or receiving the quote, you will be charged a revision fee or the price difference, as applicable. ...Up to 7 changes may be made during the production process, provided they are requested in a timely manner and before the piece progresses further.If there is anything you do not like about the sketch, please let us know before we proceed to the line art and coloring stages.Please keep in mind that I work on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you wish to have your order processed quickly, an additional fee of $2 per person applies.
